Les zones marines et co\u0302tie\u0300res d\u2019Afrique de l\u2019Ouest et du Nord sont essentielles a\u0300 la subsistance de millions de personnes, car elles leur fournissent de la nourriture, des revenus et d\u2019autres ressources essentielles. Cependant, la re\u0301gion est confronte\u0301e a\u0300 des de\u0301fis importants en matie\u0300re de gestion durable de ces ressources. Parmi les proble\u0300mes qui menacent l\u2019environnement marin et co\u0302tier, citons la pe\u0302che ille\u0301gale, la pollution par les hydrocarbures, la se\u0301curite\u0301 en mer et l\u2019e\u0301rosion co\u0302tie\u0300re MarCNoWA fournit aux de\u0301cideurs des informations et des outils d\u2019observation de la Terre pour une gestion efficace des ressources marines et co\u0302tie\u0300res re\u0301gionales.<\/p>

MarCNoWA provides decision-makers with Earth observation information and tools for effectively managing regional marine and coastal resources.<\/p>
