L\u2019objectif principal du projet GMES & Africa du RCMRD est d\u2019ame\u0301liorer les moyens de subsistance des communaute\u0301s africaines en soutenant le processus de prise de de\u0301cision a\u0300 l\u2019aide de donne\u0301es d\u2019observation de la Terre.<\/p>

  1. Surveillance et e\u0301valuation de la de\u0301gradation des sols;<\/li>
  2. Surveillance et e\u0301valuation des zones humides;<\/li>
  3. Base de donne\u0301es vectorielles de re\u0301fe\u0301rence re\u0301gionale ge\u0301ographique accessible pour les zonages hydrologiques et agroe\u0301cologiques.<\/li><\/ol>

    Celles-ci sont mises a\u0300 la disposition des de\u0301cideurs et des utilisateurs finaux afin de permettre aux communaute\u0301s de modifier positivement leurs moyens de subsistance.
